Accessing and using the SpeakSite platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of all terms included in this document. If you disagree with any of these conditions, please do not use our services.
Purpose and description of the service
SpeakSite is an AI-powered professional website creation platform. Through our service, users can design, generate, and publish web pages using natural language instructions (chat, voice, or drawing), obtaining clean code optimized for search engines.

Generation and editing of professional websites using artificial intelligence, with multiple interaction modes.
Hosting and publishing
Web project hosting, custom domains, SSL certificates, and code export options.
SEO and translations
Automatic SEO optimization, AI-powered integrated blog, and intelligent translation into multiple languages.
The service is offered under different subscription plans (Free, Pro, Business, Agency, and Enterprise), each with specific features, limits, and pricing detailed on our pricing page.
Terms of use
By using SpeakSite, the user agrees to make proper use of the platform in accordance with applicable legislation, good practices, and public order.
The user agrees NOT to use the service to:
- Create illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content, incite hatred, or violate the fundamental rights of third parties.
- Distribute malware, phishing, or other malicious software through generated websites.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the platform's source code.
- Impersonate other individuals or entities.
- Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited emails, or engage in abusive marketing practices.
- Overload, damage, or disable SpeakSite's servers or infrastructure.
VERTICE LABS, SL reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to any account that violates these conditions, without prior notice and without the right to a refund.
Registration and user account
To access SpeakSite's features, it is necessary to create a user account by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
User obligations
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials.
- Immediately report any unauthorized use of their account.
- Be at least 16 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian.
Account cancellation
The user can cancel their account at any time from the settings panel. Upon cancellation:
- Access will be maintained until the end of the current billing period.
- Data and projects will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.
- Code can be exported before permanent deletion.
Plans, pricing and billing
SpeakSite offers various subscription plans. The prices, features, and limits of each plan are detailed on the pricing page and may be updated periodically.
Billing conditions
Billing cycles
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the option chosen by the user. Annual billing includes a discount of up to 20% compared to the monthly price.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period, unless the user cancels in advance from their settings panel.
Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through secure payment gateways. All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes according to current legislation.
Plan changes
The user can change plans at any time. When upgrading to a higher plan, a proration of the amount already paid will be applied. When downgrading to a lower plan, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
In accordance with the right of withdrawal established in EU consumer regulations, the user has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, provided the service has not been substantially used. After this period, no refunds will be made for partial periods.
AI queries
Each plan includes a specific number of monthly AI queries. One query equals one interaction with the artificial intelligence (editing a section, generating a page, translating content, etc.).
- Unused queries do not carry over between billing periods.
- Once queries are exhausted, the user can still access the editor but without AI features until renewal.
- The user can upgrade their plan at any time to get more queries.
Intellectual property
User content
The user retains all intellectual property rights over the content they create using SpeakSite, including texts, images, and the HTML/CSS code generated for their projects. The AI-generated code for user projects belongs to the user.
SpeakSite platform
The SpeakSite platform, including its source code, design, logos, trademarks, AI algorithms, and documentation, are the exclusive property of VERTICE LABS, SL and are protected by Spanish, European, and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.
Code export
Plans that include the export feature allow the user to download their project code and host it on any server of their choice, without subsequent usage restrictions on the exported code.

Limitation of liability
SpeakSite is provided "as is" and "as available." Although we strive to maintain a stable and high-quality service, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or errors.
VERTICE LABS, SL shall not be liable for:
- Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
- Data loss caused by improper use of the platform by the user or the lack of their own backups.
- Content generated by artificial intelligence, which must be reviewed and validated by the user before publication.
- The SEO ranking of websites created, which depends on multiple external factors such as competition, content, and domain authority.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
- The use that third parties make of content published by the user through SpeakSite.
In any case, the maximum liability of VERTICE LABS, SL to the user shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Personal data protection
VERTICE LABS, SL complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
Data we collect
Name, email, billing data, and platform usage data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

SpeakSite uses artificial intelligence models to generate code, texts, and web content. It is important for the user to understand the following conditions regarding AI-generated content:
- Mandatory review: The user is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content before publishing it. SpeakSite does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of the generated content.
- Similar content: The AI may generate similar content for different users. Generated content is not considered exclusive, although the user's final project does belong to them.
- No guarantee of results: SEO, performance, or conversion results depend on multiple factors and are not guaranteed by SpeakSite.
- Continuous improvement: AI models are updated periodically. Results may vary between versions, always seeking quality improvement.
General provisions
Modifications
VERTICE LABS, SL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be published on this page with the last updated date. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. For substantial changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days in advance.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Leon, Spain, without prejudice to any rights that may correspond to the user as a consumer under current EU consumer protection regulations.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is declared null or unenforceable, such provision shall be removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
