Apps

Speaksite apps

Every app on this page is built into the Speaksite engine itself: switch it on from the panel, with nothing external to install and no third-party provider to depend on. Here is what each one does, who it is for and how to turn it on.

Wishlist button on a product page of the demo shop

Wishlists

Customers save the products they like to a personal list without buying them right away, and come back to it whenever they want from their account. For the shop owner it is a signal of purchase intent that would otherwise be lost: you can see which items get interest even before they sell, and notify customers when one of them drops in price or comes back in stock.

Who it is for:
Shops with a product catalog where customers buy across several visits: fashion, home, gifting.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires an active product catalog: with no products, there is nothing for the list to hold.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Wishlists. No further configuration needed.
Customer ratings and reviews block at the bottom of a demo shop product page

Reviews

Customers who already bought leave a rating and a comment right on the product page, with the average score visible at a glance. For the shop owner it is free social proof: it turns a new buyer's hesitation into the confidence that others already tried the item and were happy with it.

Who it is for:
Shops selling to strangers who need other customers to vouch for product quality.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires an active product catalog: reviews attach to a product page.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Reviews. No further configuration needed.
Search box with autocomplete at the top of the demo shop catalogue

Search autocomplete

As soon as the customer types the first letters in the search box, suggested products show up without waiting for Enter. For the shop owner that means fewer dead-end searches and fewer customers leaving without finding what they were after.

Who it is for:
Shops with more than a handful of products, where customers type before they find.
Needs an active shop
β€” Searches the product catalog: with no products there is nothing to suggest.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Search autocomplete. No further configuration needed.
Availability badge (β€œin stock”) on a demo shop product page

Stock badge

Every product shows its real availability β€” in stock, last units or sold out β€” without the customer having to reach the cart to find out. For the shop owner that means fewer disappointed shoppers at checkout and an extra nudge of urgency when only a few units are left.

Who it is for:
Shops where stock sells out or turns over fast and it pays to warn before the customer reaches the cart.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires a product catalog with tracked stock: without that figure there is nothing to show.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Stock badge. No further configuration needed.
Catalogue filter panel open over the demo shop listing

Catalog filters

Customers narrow the listing down with a click: by price, by category, by any product attribute. For the shop owner a large catalog still feels manageable instead of an endless list that pushes people to close the tab.

Who it is for:
Shops with a wide catalog, where customers need to narrow down by price, category or attribute.
Needs an active shop
β€” Filters the product catalog: with little product variety it adds nothing.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Catalog filters. No further configuration needed.
Box/unit selector on the product page of a box-sold product in the demo shop

Box selling

The product page lets the customer choose between buying by unit or by a full box, with layers and pallets when the item has them. For the shop owner it means selling the way the warehouse already does, without making the customer work out how many units fit in a box.

Who it is for:
Food, drink or bulk-material shops that sell by the box in addition to (or instead of) by unit.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires a product catalog with box size defined on each item.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Box selling β†’ set the box size on each product.
Mini cart in the demo shop header with one product added

Mini cart

An icon in the header drops down the cart contents without leaving the page the customer is on. For the shop owner that is a customer who keeps shopping instead of navigating away to check the cart and losing their train of thought.

Who it is for:
Any shop that wants customers to see what they are carrying without losing the page they are on.
Needs an active shop
β€” Shows the shopping cart: with no active shop there is no cart to drop down.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Mini cart. No further configuration needed.
Quick cart opened from a product card in the demo shop catalogue

Quick per-product cart

The "in your cart" pill on each product turns from a plain notice into a button: pressing it opens a window to change quantities or remove lines without leaving the listing or the product page. For the shop owner that is less friction for a customer buying several similar items in a row.

Who it is for:
Shops where customers add several units or similar products and want to adjust them without going to the cart.
Needs an active shop
β€” Turns the product's β€œin your cart” badge into a button: requires a shop with an active cart.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Quick per-product cart. No further configuration needed.
Order sheet of a trade customer in the demo shop

Order sheet

Instead of browsing page by page, the customer fills a table with the reference and quantity of each item and adds it all at once. For the shop owner a restock order gets done in minutes instead of half an hour of clicking.

Who it is for:
Businesses that restock by reference (hospitality, hardware, food) and already know what they want.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires a product catalog with SKU/reference: the sheet is filled by reference and quantity.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Order sheet. No further configuration needed.
Promotional banner above the demo shop catalogue listing

Promo banners

A configurable banner announces an offer, a shipping deadline or any notice wherever you decide to place it. For the business owner it is free in-house advertising, with no external campaign and no code to touch.

Who it is for:
Any website that wants to announce an offer, an event or a notice without touching code.
Needs an active shop
β€” banners are painted over the catalogue, product pages and shop header
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Promo banners β†’ configure from the block editor.
Business account sign-up form in the demo shop

Business accounts

Professional customers sign up as a business account, get grouped by customer type and get their own prices and terms. For the shop owner it opens a wholesale sales channel without building a separate shop.

Who it is for:
Shops that, besides selling to the general public, also sell to professionals or business accounts.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires an active catalog and pricing: the business price is calculated from the shop price.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Business accounts β†’ configure business account sign-up.
Gift card product page with amount selector in the demo shop

Gift cards

The customer buys a gift card for whatever amount they choose, and whoever receives it redeems it on their next purchase. For the shop owner it is a sale that lands today and a new customer who comes back tomorrow to spend it.

Who it is for:
Shops where gifting the purchase to someone else makes sense (fashion, hospitality, leisure).
Needs an active shop
β€” Bought and redeemed in the shop cart/checkout: requires a shop with an active cart.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Gift cards β†’ configure the available amounts.
A customer's active subscriptions in their demo shop account

Who it is for:
Shops with periodic-consumption products (food, personal care, supplies).
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires a product catalog: the subscription is enabled on an existing product.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Subscriptions β†’ mark on each product whether it allows recurring billing.
Email marketing screen in the demo shop panel

Email marketing

The website captures contacts and the panel lets you build and send email campaigns without leaving Speaksite, syncing with whatever external email provider you already use. For the business owner it is a contact list that grows on its own and a campaign sent out in minutes.

Who it is for:
Any business that wants to capture contacts and email them without leaving the panel.
Works on any website
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Email marketing β†’ connect your email service provider (ESP) and create the first campaign.
Chatendo app settings in the demo shop panel

Chatendo

Connects the shop to Chatendo (formerly Vertichat): registered admins can "view the shop as a customer" to check prices and try a purchase from their own WhatsApp while assisting a buyer. For the business owner it means whoever sells over chat sees exactly what the buyer sees, no guessing.

Who it is for:
Businesses that sell and support over WhatsApp and want the team to see the shop as the customer sees it.
Needs an active shop
β€” sends WhatsApp notices about the shop's orders and sign-ups
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Chatendo β†’ register the team's WhatsApp numbers.
Affiliates list in the demo shop panel

Affiliates

Each affiliate gets their own link, and the panel keeps track of the sales it brings in and the commission owed. For the shop owner it is an external sales team that only gets paid when it actually sells.

Who it is for:
Shops that want other people or websites to bring them customers in exchange for a commission.
Needs an active shop
β€” Commission is calculated on catalog sales: requires a shop with active orders.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Affiliates β†’ set the commission percentage.
Booking calendar on a service's product page in the demo shop

Who it is for:
Appointment or service businesses (hairdressers, consultations, rentals), with or without a product catalog.
Needs an active shop
β€” bookings are made from a service's product page in the catalogue
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Booking β†’ set up the calendar and the duration of each service.
Abandoned carts in the demo shop panel

Abandoned carts

The app spots a cart that got left half-finished and sends a reminder email with a link that takes the customer back exactly where they left off. For the shop owner it means recovering sales that were already written off, without typing a single email by hand.

Who it is for:
Shops with a multi-step checkout, where some customers leave before paying.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires a shop with an active cart: with no cart, nothing gets left half-finished.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Abandoned carts β†’ configure the recovery email.
Storefront design app in the demo shop panel

Storefront design

The catalog, product page and cart templates are edited per project, with the same colours and type as the rest of the site. For the shop owner the shop no longer clashes with the website, with no generic template to work around.

Who it is for:
Shops that want the catalog, product page and cart to match the look of the rest of the website.
Needs an active shop
β€” Edits the shop templates: requires a published shop to apply the design to.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Storefront design β†’ edit templates from the visual editor.
Stock reservations app in the demo shop panel

Stock reservations

As soon as the customer enters checkout, the stock in their cart is held for a few minutes so no one else can take it while they pay. For the shop owner that avoids selling the same unit twice and having to cancel an order afterwards.

Who it is for:
Shops with tight stock, where two customers might race for the last unit at the same time.
Needs an active shop
β€” Reserves stock during checkout: requires a catalog with tracked stock.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Stock reservations. No further configuration needed.
Special shipping notice on a product page of the demo shop

Who it is for:
Shops where some products (bulky, fragile, heavy) cost more to ship than the rest.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires a product catalog: the shipping rule is assigned to an item, a list, a family or a sub-family.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Product shipping β†’ assign the shipping rule to products, lists or families.

What you can configure

  • When the cart carries several shipping rules: What gets charged when several shipping rules coincide in the same order: the most expensive one, one charge per rule, or one charge per cart line.
  • Warn on the product page: ON: the product page warns that the item carries a special shipping charge and how much it is. OFF: the charge still applies, but the customer only sees it at the cart.
Store pickup option among the delivery methods at checkout on the demo shop

Store pickup

The customer can choose to pick up the order at the warehouse instead of having it delivered: no shipping is charged and no delivery address is asked for, though billing details still are. For the shop owner it saves the shipping cost on every order the customer would rather come and collect.

Model, color and print-zone configurator on a customizable product page of the demo shop

Product configurator

A customizable product page turns into a print-shop-style configurator: model, color, quantity by size, print zone, technique and a quantity price table, with a summary before confirming. For the shop owner it means selling customization without answering every quote by hand: it ends in "Request a quote" or straight into the cart, depending on how the shop sells.

Who it is for:
Print shops, custom apparel or merchandising businesses that sell by model, size and technique.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires a product catalog with variants or customization fields configured.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Product configurator β†’ choose which items it applies to and set up zones, techniques and pricing.

What you can configure

  • How the configuration ends: "Automatic": a quote if the shop is showcase-only, add-to-cart if it sells with prices. With no cart or no price it always ends in a quote.
  • Which items it applies to: "Configurable only": items with variants or customization fields. "All": every product page in the shop.
  • Price table quantities: Comma-separated; the price for each tier comes from the shop's quantity pricing rules.
  • Show the category's other models: Above the configurator, the other garments in the same category show up so the customer can switch model without going back to the listing.
  • Print-zone catalog: Where each garment can be customized (chest, back, sleeve…) and its size.
  • Customization technique catalog: Embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, DTF, vinyl… with a short explanation of each.
  • Available colors: The color swatches offered for the product and for the print.
  • Quote button text: What the button says when the configuration ends in a quote request.
  • Quote page: Site path (or full URL) that receives what the customer configured.
  • Note under the quote button: For example, the turnaround time for a reply.
  • WhatsApp for quotes: Number with country code so the customer can message directly with their configuration.
FAQ block with structured data on a product page of the demo shop

Needs an active shop
β€” Publishes a product's FAQ and technical sheet: requires a product catalog.

Apps β†’ activate β†’ Advanced SEO (structured data). No further configuration needed.

For shops connected to an ERP

ERP sync status and Claudia connector heartbeat in the demo project panel

ERP connector (Claudia)

Shows the state of the ERP sync (NedCo via Claudia): prices, stock, customers and a heartbeat confirming the connector is still running. For the shop owner it means knowing at a glance whether the ERP and the website are in sync, with no logs to dig through.

Who it is for:
Food or pharmacy shops with an ERP connection to NedCo through the Claudia connector.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires an active inbound ERP connection (NedCo via Claudia): syncs prices, stock and customers.
How to activate it:

Current-year NedCo order history on a customer record in the panel

Who it is for:
Food or pharmacy shops with an ERP connection to NedCo that work off the customer record.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires an active inbound ERP connection (NedCo) and a customer record with imported orders.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ NedCo order history (only visible on projects with an active ERP connection).
Product expiry app settings in the demo shop panel

Expiry dates

The app reads the expiry date your ERP sends for each product and decides on its own what to do with expired stock: hide it completely, or keep it visible but marked as unavailable, with nobody needing to review the catalog by hand. For the shop owner this is the guarantee that nothing expired ever gets sold and that the online catalog matches what is actually in the warehouse, with no extra work.

Who it is for:
Grocery, pharmacy or parapharmacy shops connected to an ERP that already sends each product's expiry date.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires a product catalog with the expiry date synced from the ERP; without that signal the app has nothing to evaluate.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Expiry dates (only visible on projects with an active ERP connection) β†’ configure.

What you can configure

  • Hide expired products: When on, an item whose expiry date has passed disappears from listings and its page stops being available. When off, it is shown marked as unavailable.
  • Show out-of-stock products: When on, out-of-stock products are shown marked as unavailable instead of being hidden from the listing. Independent from the expired-products setting.
Store account with its own reference list in the demo project panel

Store account

Each physical store in the chain gets its own account, which can only order from its assigned reference list; internal products (till float, store supplies) only exist for those accounts. For the chain owner it centralizes every store's internal ordering without mixing it into the public catalog.

Who it is for:
Chains with several physical stores that already order supplies or till float through the ERP.
Needs an active shop
β€” Requires a catalog and an inbound ERP connection: each account orders only from its own reference list.
How to activate it:
Apps β†’ activate β†’ Store account (only visible on projects with an active ERP connection) β†’ register each store account.
